Ignite! the scientists in your classroom! With courses in General Science, Earth Science, Life Science, and Physical Science, Ignite! Science provides instruction for every day of the school year through an innovative combination of print and media that will engage and challenge your students.
Because we learn by building conceptual bridges between new information and what we already understand, Ignite! Science emphasizes connections among concepts, making them "stickier" -- easier to learn and remember. Lessons don't appear as "one-off" media pieces, but as part of a whole course broken into units and topics.

The media library consists of movies, songs, animations, charts and graphs, and interactive pieces to engage students and promote a deeper understanding of key concepts. By modeling thinking skills such as compare-and-contrast, cause-and-effect, and problem-solution, students make stronger connections among concepts, improving both learning and retention.
