Prior to his 7 years with Ignite, Alan managed a variety of technical services and related organizations in both large (Fortune 500) and small companies. During his tenure at Ignite!, Alan has run global business development, engineering, IT and curriculum development. Alan holds a design patent for the COW product with two additional utility patents pending. He graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX and a M.B.A. from Saint Edward's University in Austin, TX.

Alan, far beyond any other candidate, has the requisite experience in these important areas along with proven business and sales skills to energetically champion our cause," said Ken Leonard, who Davis succeeds. Mr. Leonard will maintain his role as CFO on an interim basis until the Company concludes its current investment transaction where he will then assume duties as Chairman of the Board.
