Occasionally we have friendly educators inform us the Ignite! Learning trial had problems downloading or opening, and like most technology it is a subjective issues. We sometimes joke that our digital content solutions are just too cool for some subjective school or district’s networks to handle!
But the minor issues others have experienced are due to subjective network or internet content filters or firewall settings. These filters are sometimes adopted by schools and districts for antivirus and internet browsing security. These filters of course have exceptions and amendments, but it is a change that someone (most likely an IT personnel) changes on their end.
