Ignite! Learning is seeking seasoned Outside Sales Account Managers in select metropolitan markets across the US.
Commissions and Bonuses are excellent; our top Account Managers bring in over $150K, base and bonuses combined. The ideal candidate is a motivated consultative salesperson with experience navigating the purchasing channels in the K-12 market with solid relationships with top level administrators.
Primary responsibilities include calling on Superintendents, Principals, Curriculum Directors, and Special Education Directors, conducting needs analysis, presenting the benefits of the Ignite! curriculum, and managing sales cycles to close.
In addition to a high-energy sales attitude, the right candidate will have:
• 8 – 12 years relevant education/curriculum sales experience
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Tremendous work ethic and communication skills
• Software and/or technology proficient
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce.com)
